Gail E. Malone
Gail grew up in Herkimer County in Upstate New York. She graduated from Cornell University cum laude and Albany Law School summa cum laude. Gail has lived in a variety of places, including Milan, Italy, Jackson Hole, WY, and New York City, but her favorite place has always been the beach. In 2020, Gail decided to move to the beach permanently and relocated to the Outer Banks.
She enjoys fishing, spending time at the beach, snowboarding, and traveling.
A third-generation lawyer, Gail received her law degree from Albany Law School in 2016. While in law school, Gail was an Executive Editor for the Albany Law Review. After graduating, Gail was an Associate Attorney at a large international law firm in New York City from 2016-2020, where she focused her practice on litigation matters with an emphasis on antitrust, securities, and commercial litigation. Since joining Rose Harrison Gilreath & Powers, P.C. in 2021, Gail has expanded her practice to include estate planning, estate administration, and providing legal assistance to homeowners’ associations. She looks forward to further diversifying her practice.
Gail is an attorney admitted to practice in North Carolina and New York and is also admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. She is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association and the First Judicial District Bar.
